A highly ambitious contemporary version of Hansel and Gretel - written, produced and directed by 13 year old Holly Jacobson. Do Not Bend Productions were commissioned to undertake one of our most challenging projects to date. Construct a cottage from the ground up.
IN ANOTHER LIFE
Do Not Bend Productions designed, built and dressed an acre and a half exterior location as the Calias ‘Jungle’ refugee camp, 11 buildings and 30 tents to match the scenes that were shot on location.
STARS ON MARS
Directed by James Oliver. The ultimate reality TV show, five wannabe astronauts are sent on a one way mission to Mars. Winner of Best Drama at the Royal Television Society North West awards. Set design and art direction by Do Not Bend Productions.
'SKYE' (SUPER GIRL)

SPIRAL
A tense BFI funded short, centred round a clandistine laboratory, our focus being to foreshadow three timelines that cross in one room, subtly enough that they wouldn’t reveal the plot. Art direction and costume design by Do Not Bend Productions.
DIRT ROAD TO LAFAYETTE
Glasgow interiors and exteriors to convey Louisiana, Mississippi & Alabama atmosphere. I worked closely with Director Kenny Glenaan on the authenticity of the sets according to the
US units scenes.
BAR BAR DEHKO
A Bollywood production, shot in Glasgow set in four periods across 1960-2300. Designer Sharmishta Roy.
BASE IN THE BASEMENT
Staffing a team of twenty, Do Not Bend Productions designed the theatre production for the RNCM. This involved a technically challenging build of a 32" wide revolving set, which bolstered our ability in both technical drawing and construction fields.
M20 COLLECTIVE
This Manchester-based collective promotes creative collaboration within all areas of the arts. Do Not Bend Production's on-going role as Art Director means we are responsible for dressing event venues to suit diverse and eclectic design briefs. Our other priorities include designing and building commissioned art installations.
